Which entity will process personal data?
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the Data Subject is informed that the personal data provided by him will be processed by ASTARA MOVE, S.L.U. with registered office at Avenida de Bruselas 32, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid), with NIF B-88349345. What is the purpose and basis of legitimation of the processing?
The data that can be collected through the form "Contact us/ request a demo" will be processed in order to manage the information query made based on the consent given when sending the query. The data that will be processed for this purpose are first and last names, and email address.
Also, if you tick the box enabled for this purpose and based on your consent, your data will be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial communications about ASTARA CONNECT products and services. For this purpose, ASTARA CONNECT will treat your name, surname, email, telephone and company.
As a result of your consent to send commercial communications, these will be sent individually in order to suit your interests and preferences. To do this, we will take into consideration the information that we have and that has previously been provided directly by you, derived from your relationship with us such as: list of products/services contracted, track your activity and habits in our eCommerce and/or websites or information collected from dealers or agents, if any. Under no circumstances will automated decisions with significant legal effects result from processing.
Your consent may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the previously performed processing, however, in the case that you have sent a request for information, this will make it impossible to process.
Will the data be communicated to third parties?
The data collected by ASTARA CONNECT will not be communicated to third parties.
However, ASTARA CONNECT relies on the collaboration of third-party service providers who have access to your personal data and who process the aforementioned data in the name and on behalf of ASTARA CONNECT as a result of the provision of their services. In particular, ASTARA CONNECT uses technology and IT service providers and marketing agencies.
International Transfers: Your personal data may be sent to third parties located outside the European Economic Area to provide services related to the products and services you have requested.
What rights do users have?
The rights that users can exercise are:
- Right of access to personal data. Users may obtain confirmation of the data that ASTARA CONNECT processes about them.
- Right of rectification. Users have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or to complete such data.
- Right of withdrawal. The data subject may request that their data be stopped without undue delay, among other reasons, because the data are no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn, etc.
- Right to limit the processing of data. Users may request that their personal data not be used for certain processing operations.
- Right to data portability. Users may receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and may request that their data be transferred to another controller, where technically possible.
- Right to object. If the user objects to the processing, ASTARA CONNECT will stop processing their data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Security measures
ASTARA CONNECT will treat all personal data with the strictest confidentiality, applying the appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the applicable legislation.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data of users submitting a request for information will be kept until the complete processing of the request.
In relation to the information processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications, this will be kept until the data subject revokes his consent.
After these deadlines, ASTARA CONNECT will keep your data, duly blocked, for as long as they are necessary to meet the possible responsibilities that may arise from their treatment or to comply with the legal obligations to which they may be subject.
Right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authorities.
